The Shard is a relatively new addition to London’s skyline, constructed in 2009, the building is designed to resemble a shard of glass – reflected well in its shape and spanning glass windows – all 11,000 glass panels to be exact. The Shard itself houses retail spaces, offices, hotels, restaurants and a public viewing gallery, and is a huge tourist attraction. This office space is contemporary but inviting, which is exactly the unique feel you would expect from a working environment within the Shard. The client requested a warm colour temperature, and our Air Butterfly really brings an element of cosiness to the office.
